Set into the hillside above the old village, Maison Colline is a restrained Provençal house rebuilt in 2015 for the way people actually live on the Riviera — outdoors, and mostly at one table.
The plan is single-storey across the principal rooms, opening onto a long stone terrace that runs the full southern face. Interiors are plain in the best sense: lime plaster, oak, and a kitchen built around a six-metre island. Five bedrooms sit at the quiet eastern end.
The garden is mature — cypress, lavender and a small olive grove — with a heated pool positioned to catch the last of the sun over the Esterel.
