Idris Adeyemi runs the LISTED CASA West Africa desk from Lagos, covering prime residential in Ikoyi, Banana Island and Maitama.
He trained as a property lawyer and spent six years in conveyancing before moving to the sale side, which shapes how the desk works: nothing is offered to a buyer until title, survey and governor’s consent have been checked. It slows the pipeline and it has never lost a client a deposit.
He advises several diaspora families buying from London and Houston, and works closely with the International desk on cross-border structuring.
